The Board of Directors of Creafund convenes on a monthly basis and serves both as an investment committee (i.e. deciding on the investment opportunities) and as a monitoring committee (i.e. monitoring the evolution of the portfolio companies). The Board of Directors hence contributes with its dynamic entrepreneurial spirit to the expertise and experience of Creafund and acts as a sounding board for the management team of Creafund.
