Creafund supports the growth of Cooper Consumer Health
In October 2021, Creafund has reached a partnership agreement with Cooper Consumer Health, to support the company in its overall growth strategy.
Cooper Consumer Health ("Cooper") is a leading pan-European pure-play selfcare platform with net sales totalling EUR 500m specialized in over-the-counter drug manufacture and distribution. The group has direct presence in 6 core European markets and addresses more than 30 export countries where it markets a wide portfolio of well-established brands such as Valdispert®, Oenobiol®, Mag2®, Etiaxil®, etc. Cooper employs 850 people. As the next step in its growth strategy, Cooper has agreed to acquire the French nutraceutical company Lashilé Beauty, the market-leader in the fast-growing gummy dietary supplement category in France. The business fits the bolt-on strategy of Cooper well, with a complementary product portfolio with attractive underlying growth, a scalable business model that can be rolled-out internationally, and strong online and digital marketing know-how.
