Creafund Management nv (public limited company) acts as Business Manager-Partner of Creafund II Comm.VA. (co-operative partnership). Furthermore, the company is also responsible for the active support of the closed-end fund Creafund I nv.

Creafund Management was formed as a public limited company (plc) according to Belgian Law and  operates as such completely independently with regard to the funds. Creafund Management nv has an advice, investment, and audit committee which carries out certain tasks within the powers set down by the legislation. In particular, these tasks include investment and disinvestment decisions as well as checking that these tasks are executed correctly.

The team which has to ensure the operational working of the Business Manager-Partner consists of 3 entities:  

• H & H Capital Management bvba (limited liability company), represented by Herman Wielfaert, Permanent representative for Creafund II;
• Jovegi bvba, represented by Gino Schepens;
• Net Consulting bvba, represented by Johan Heirbrandt.
